Flagstaff Blues Fest is shoveling… again

Hi Blues Fans!

I hope everyone is doing well! Flagstaff is currently getting buried in snow, AGAIN which is why this newsletter is later than it usually is. Before this storm we had 113.5 inches on the ground. Keep in mind that we normally get an average of 90 inches. I will tell you that I am personally over it, I know we need it and I hate to complain but I really miss seeing the sun! I will say that this should make for an incredible venue, unlike this past year when it was really dry, and hopefully this also means no forest fires.

Now, onto the festival! I have extended early bird pricing because you all are buying tickets! I can’t believe the love for this year’s lineup. Please don’t wait, for a couple of reasons. One the prices will increase and two we will sell out of VIP tickets and parking passes.

Now, do you not want to pay for tickets? Then volunteer! You will get in FREE for the day you volunteer. I just opened this up and we have plenty of spots available, so click HERE.

Let’s talk a little bit about parking. We have a limited amount of parking on site, and those passes will sell out. We do have a FREE shuttle running from NAU to the event and back again throughout each day. We will also have a rideshare pickup location. We are also currently working on a Bike Parking area as well, where you can ride your bike and lock it up safely.

Now with all this said, I am still looking for some sponsors… at the lower levels. I need the following, so if you know of someone or a business who should be at our event, please send them my way!

Lawn Game Sponsorship – $250   Bike Partner – $250     Volunteer Shirt – $300

Okay folks, I’ll reach out again in a couple of weeks and we’ll start talking about the bands in detail! Jen
