Jen coming at you! Wow, it was a crazy week, between ticket sales, sponsors, beer decisions and vendors! I’m still trying to catch my breath!
Sponsors… as you know we have Flagstaff Subaru presenting the festival… and can I just say THANK YOU! It’s been a very long time since we had a presenting sponsor, so it feels so good that our hard work has paid off. They have been a great partner as well! Twin Arrows is back as our VIP sponsor and we couldn’t be happier, we love our partnership with them. Timber Sky is a new dark sky development here in Flagstaff and they just came on board as our Stage sponsor! My mom and I are so excited… our stage is going to look great!! Satchmo’s BBQ is back as our Green Room Sponsor, and I’m sorry that all of you don’t get to have his food, however our artists just LOVE him. We have so many more as well… so many people and businesses make this event possible! Thank you to all our incredible partners!

Ticket sales… VIP is going fast! Last I looked we had 114 left! I would LOVE to sell out of VIP before April 15th. So if you haven’t gotten your VIP tickets… or your friends are waiting to buy theirs… don’t wait!
Vendors are finally coming in hot! We have all our food options finalized! We have about 10 spaces left for other vendors… so get your applications in. And you can see a list of all our vendors here!
Beer… yes I am finalizing our beer list for this year’s festival… with that said, what do you want? Remember, we do have a partnership with Hensley so the brewery must be distributed by them. I know… but seriously Hensley has been an incredible partner from day one with us.
