Happy Holidays

Happy Holidays

Hi Blues Fans!

I hope everyone had a nice November and a good Thanksgiving holiday!

We are getting closer and closer to announcing the lineup and putting tickets on sale!!!

February 1, 2022!

November has been a very busy month for me. I’ve officially signed all the band contracts, we have a new ticketing platform, and I’m working with our graphic designer on our marketing materials. I’m also selling sponsorships! It’s all going very well, knock on wood.

So, what’s next? Well, I’ve got to prepare for tickets to go on sale, there is a lot of work on the back end that has to get done, especially now with a new partner. I’ve got to finish selling sponsorships, at least the big ones so they get everything promised. I’m working on getting rentals secured along with parking and security, I’d like to get those wrapped up this month as well. Oh, and I must place my merchandise order, only because we are worried it will take 6 months to get all of what we need. I’m sure there is more, I have a pretty good timeline I follow and adjust when I don’t actually get everything done in that month.

I will remind everyone to book your hotel room early, you can always cancel. Or make sure your camping spot at one of our KOA is booked. June in Flagstaff is very popular! If you need help deciding on hotels, click HERE to see our partners.

I know this festival will be here before we know it. What’s on your mind? Are you looking forward to 2022? What are you most excited about?

I wanted to thank everyone for sticking with me during COVID and this year’s MUCH smaller blues event. I do appreciate the love, the emails, and of course the overall support.

Enjoy your holidays and we’ll chat again in 2022!!!
