Hi Blues Fans!
I hope everyone had a good month of June and start to your summer. I’ll be honest, I have still been wrapping up Blues 2022 and wrapping my head around such an incredible event. I really feel like we had a great layout, our security team was amazing, our volunteers and staff were just amazing!
If you have feedback about the event – please respond to this email. I’ve already gotten some feedback, which most is positive and very few changes, so keep it coming!
I’ve been thinking about who to bring in next year, and I asked the question on our social media pages. The list is LONG! If you have someone you want me to consider, please send me the list!
A big question I have, is do you want to see new people? Or do you want the same acts as we’ve had before? I’m trying to balance that, and in my head I’m thinking why would you keep coming if I just keep putting the same bands on stage. I understand that maybe you missed them but for those who didn’t, do you want the same acts?
What else… vacation! Yes! Jason and I are finally going to get away for a REAL vacation! We are going to Alaska at the end of the month. I can’t believe it, and I’m over the moon excited!
There isn’t a lot to report right now. Like I said just paying bills, OH JOY. And making notes for what to do for 2023.
In the meantime – SAVE THE DATE! Friday June 9th and Saturday June 10th, 2023! Same location.
Tickets for the 9th Annual Flagstaff Blues and Brews will go on sale February 1, 2023! I will work on getting hotel rates this month, and hopefully I can announce them next month! So start saving, and planning now!
