I hope everyone had a good month of June and start to your summer. I’ll be honest, I have still been wrapping up Blues 2019 and wrapping my head around such an incredible event. Thank you again for all the love and support this year!

This afternoon I am heading over to the Flagstaff Arts and Leadership Academy to give them their donation check. I want to say how much we are donating but I really don’t want to ruin the surprise! So check out our Facebook page tomorrow for the official amount!
While wrapping up this year’s event I am also planning 2020! I have already placed our porta john order for 2020! I’m already talking with Lyft to officially be our partner in 2020. I am putting together sponsorship packages for 2020 – if you or someone you know should be a part of this event, please send them my way! Looking at changing the layout – AGAIN! Thinking we should add more tickets to VIP. I am also trying to pick the music. So, if you have a suggestion for 2020 please send that my way too!
Speaking of music – do you want to see the same bands over and over again? Or do you want me to bring in NEW acts each year? Or a good balance of each? That is something I have struggled with since we started this festival.
What else… vacation! Yes! Jason and I are finally going to get away just for a few days in July to Lake Powell – my happy place. Unplug and recharge! What are you all doing this summer? Anything fun?
There isn’t a lot to report right now. Like I said just paying bills, OH JOY. And making notes for what to do for 2020.
In the meantime – SAVE THE DATE! Friday June 12th and Saturday June 13 – 2020!!!!
Tickets for the 8th Annual Flagstaff Blues and Brews will go on sale February 1, 2020! And early bird pricing will only last the month of February, VIP tickets last until they sell out – which we all know they do! So start saving, and planning now!
